The instant application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused applicant, praying for pre-arrest bail in connection with Itanagar Police Station Case No. 174/2025, registered

under Sections 120-B/406/409/420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
A Coordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 25.08.2026, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, subject to the condition that the accused applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 10 (ten) days from the date of passing of the said order and shall cooperate with the investigation.
Ms. L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the accused applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer in terms of the order dated 25.08.2026 and has been cooperating with the investigation.
Taking into account the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused applicant vide order dated 25.08.2026 is hereby made absolute.
The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
