At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is certain inadvertent mistake in the pleadings and therefore, prays for allow him to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh.
Prayer is allowed.
Writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with a liberty as prayed for.
