2. Mr. A Dhar, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that out of 11(eleven) appellants, 6(six) have already expired and the remaining appellants do not want to proceed further with this appeal. According to Mr. A Dhar, both the respondents have also expired.
3. After considering the submissions made by learned counsel of both sides, this Court is of the opinion that the appeal has been abetted and accordingly disposed of.
4. The T.C.R which has been received shall be returned back.
