Heard Mr. T. Bai, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. T. Tarin, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B. Picha, learned Standing counsel, Rural Development Department representing the opposite party Nos. 1, 2, 4 & 5 and Mr. N. Lowang, learned Senior Government Advocate for the respondent No. 3.

2. By filing this application, the applicant has sought for impleadment of one “Shri Chera Tapung, serving as PTA-cum-EO (RE) Paniasang, PO/PS Koloriang, District Kurung Kumey, Arunachal Pradesh” as respondent No. 6 in the connected WP(C)No. 540(AP)2024.

3. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds as averred in the application as well as prayer

not being objected to by the learned counsels appearing for the State respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow this application as the abovementioned person, who is working as PTA-cum-EO (RE) Paniasang, Koloriang, appears to be a necessary party in the connected proceedings, as the writ petitioner has been transferred and posted in place of the said person and vice-versa.

4. The interlocutory application is allowed and accordingly, “Shri Chera Tapung, serving as PTA-cum-EO (RE) Paniasang, PO/PS Koloriang, District Kurung Kumey, Arunachal Pradesh” be allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in WP(C)No. 540(AP)2024.
