Heard Mr. Takam Sunil, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This revision has been filed against the Order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Title Suit No. 3/2024 by the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Seppa, East Kameng District. Whereby, the learned Trial Court instead of fixing the suit for evidence of the plaintiff/respondent has fixed the suit for ex-parte hearing due to none appearance of the petition.

3. In view of the Order passed in FAO/6/2024, this Civil Revision is allowed.

¶27

4. The Impugned Order dated 27.11.2024 is quashed and set aside and the Title Suit No. 3/2024 may be fixed for evidence of the plaintiff/respondent.

5. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated and the matter is remanded back to the Court of the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Seppa, East Kameng, District for proceedings for evidence of the plaintiff/respondent.

Matter is disposed.
