It appears that the matter was sent for mediation and the report of the mediation has been received, indicating that the parties have settled the matter, under the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement annexed to the report. The order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the Secretary i/c, Gauhati High Court Mediation Centre, has also been perused, which states that both the parties have voluntarily agreed to settle their dispute on certain terms and conditions.

Perused the Memorandum of Compromise dated 14.10.2025, arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No. 2.

In view of the settlement arrived at and as a result of the Mediation, the instant petition is disposed of on the terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Compromise dated 14.10.2025. The same shall be kept as a part of the record.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
