3. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of 115 days of delay in filing the connected criminal appeal.

4. I have gone through the application. This Court is of the opinion that the delay has been properly explained.

5. On the other hand, Ms. Rabha submits that she has no objection if the delay is condoned.
