Heard Ms. B. Sarma, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the appellant, who submits that there is a delay of 395 days in filing the appeal against the conviction of the applicant under section 447/34, 325/34 and 302/34 IPC.
Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Senior counsel and APP, Assam, submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned.
On considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties and considering the reasons for delay, the delay of 395 days is condoned.
