Heard Ms. S. Devi, learned counsel for the petitioners and also Heard Mr. U. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2.

Mr. U. Sarma, learned counsel submits that the order dated 09.11.2020 passed in WP(C)/87/2020 has been complied with by the respondents. By passing order dated 17.05.2025, in respect of Shri Uday Sarma provincialising his service and by passing the two speaking orders dated 18.03.2025 in respect of Smt. Golapi Devi and Mr. Dhanti Sarma. Further a speaking order has also been passed in respect of Smti. Champa Devi on 24.04.2025.

Mr. U. Sarma, learned counsel submits that with the passing of the aforesaid orders, the contempt petition may be closed as the order of this court has been

In view of above, the contempt petition stands closed.
