Heard Mr. J. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. A. Chaliha, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor No.3.
Mr. Chistie has produced one order dated 10.10.2025 and submits that the order of this Court dated 17.02.2025 has already been complied with.
Mr. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the order has been complied with by the respondent/contemnors and as such, this matter may be closed.
Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this contempt petition stands closed.
The letter produced before the Court today shall be marked as Annexure-X and shall be tagged with the record.
