It is submitted by the learned counsels that the respondents have complied with the Judgment & Order of this Court dated 12.11.2020 in WP(C) No. 103/2020, wherein, the petitioners have been paid the compensation amount due to them as per the said judgment and order.
In view of the above submissions, this Court find that the Cont.Cas(C)/7/2021 can be closed and accordingly stands disposed.
