Mr. S. Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant is present. Mr. R. Dhar, learned
Standing Counsel, Handloom & Textile Department, Assam is present for the OPs.
This I.A. has been filed seeking leave of this Court to correct the address of the
writ petitioners in WP(C) No.6849/2024. Mr. Gautam submits that some
inadvertent mistake has been committed in providing the address of the writ
petitioners in the said proceeding. Therefore, this I.A. has been filed in terms of
the leave granted by the Court by the order dated 18.12.2024.
Mr. Dhar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he would have no
objection if the prayer is allowed.
In view of the above and considering the submissions made at the Bar, the prayer of the applicants/writ petitioners stands allowed. The applicants/writ
petitioners to submit an amended cause title within two weeks from today by
furnishing proper address of all the petitioners therein.
