Heard Mr. M. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant.
This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for correction of the LIC policy number in the judgment and order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court in

Intest.Cas. No.2/2015.
Mr. Choudhury submits that while passing the judgment and order dated 23.09.2024, this Court has mentioned the LIC policy number as 482656397/133-02, but the same ought to have been LIC Policy No.482646397/133-02 and as such, Mr. Choudhury submits that the aforementioned correction is required to be made in the judgment and order dated 23.09.2024.
Having heard the submission of Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, I have carefully gone through the application and also the judgment and order dated 23.09.2024 in Intest.Cas. No.2/2015.
Taking note of the submission of Mr. Choudhury and also the documents placed on record, it is provided that henceforth, the LIC Policy No.482656397/133-02 in the judgment and order dated 23.09.2024 shall be read as LIC Policy No.482646397/133-02 for all purposes.
In terms of above, the I.A. stands disposed. of.
