Sattar, learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the application under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for stay of the operation of the Judgment & Award dated 27.08.2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 312/2016.

The prayer of the learned counsel for the applicant is allowed subject to the deposit of 30% of the awarded amount into this Registry within 1 (one) month from the date of this order.
