Heard Mr. A.D Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. U. Das, learned Jr. Government Advocate for the State.

This interlocutory application has been filed praying for correction of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5919/2025.

In the said order dated 24.10.2025, it was recorded that the post of “Anganwadi Helper” in 137 No. Dolgoma Paulpara (reserved for Schedule Caste) shall not filled up without leave of the Court till the next date fixed. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in this direction instead of “Anganwadi helper”, it ought to have been “Anganwadi Worker”. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Upon examining the records available before the Court, it is seen that in the order dated 24.10.2025, the direction of the Court to the respondents not to fill up the post of Anganwadi Helper” in 137 No. Dolgoma Paulpara (reserved for Schedule Caste) shall not filled up without leave of the Court till the next date fixed was wrongly recorded as ’’Anganwadi Helper” and instead it should have been recorded as “Anganwadi Worker”.

These typographical errors had crept in while this order was passed. Consequently, the same stands corrected by the order passed today. This order shall be read together with the order dated 24.10.2025 passed in W.P(C) No. 5919/2025.

Accordingly, the I.A stands allowed and disposed of.
