The matter comes up for consideration of IA(Civil) No.3231/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer for condonation of delay of 423 days in filing the connected writ appeal.

Ms. S. Kanungoe, learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 and Ms. H. Terangpi, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and after going through the contents of this application, we deem it appropriate to allow the prayer for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, the delay of 423 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned.
