Heard Mr. P.C.R. Medhi, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Mr. R. Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 4.

This interlocutory application is preferred for impleadment of Shri J. Bala Shekhar in the Cont.Cas(C) No.59/2025 as respondent No.4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the contempt petition one Shri Pankaj Malhotra was wrongly impleaded as respondent No.4 and in his place Shri J. Bala Shekhar has to be impleaded as respondent No.4 and therefore, it is contended to allow the petition.

Mr. Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 4 submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing this interlocutory application.

Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed.

Shri J. Bala Shekhar be impleaded as respondent/contemner No.4 in place of Shri Pankaj Malhotra in the Cont.Cas(C) No.59/2025.

Now the learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the amended cause title of the Cont.Cas(C) No.59/2025 within period of 2(two) weeks from today.

In the meantime, Mr. Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 4 shall file his affidavit-in-opposition.
