This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation of delay of 15 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order dated 03.06.2025, passed by a learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.2556/2025.

We have heard Mr. G.N. Sahewalla, learned Senior Advocate for the applicant and Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department for the respondents.

After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good causes have been assigned by the applicant for condoning the delay of 15 days in preferring the connected appeal. We, therefore, condone the delay.
