The matter comes upon for consideration of the application preferred on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to condone the delay of 2(two) days in filing the connected appeal.

The application is not seriously opposed by Mr. B. Choudhury, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL appearing for all the respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants and after going through the contents of the interlocutory application, we are of the view that the delay of 2(two) days in filing the connected writ appeal is liable to be condoned. Hence, the interlocutory application is allowed. The delay of 2(two) days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned.
