Heard Mr. M. U. Mondal, learned counsel for the applicant, who prays that Assam Sarba Shiksha Avijan Mission (SSA), represented by the Mission Director, SSA, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 should be impleaded as respondent No. 12 in the writ petition.

Mr. G. Pegu, learned counsel appearing for the Elementary Education Department and Mr. P. Saikia, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 4 submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed.

The prayer of the applicant’s counsel is allowed.

Accordingly, the Assam Sarba Shiksha Avijan Mission (SSA), represented by the Mission Director, SSA, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 is impleaded as respondent No. 12.

The applicant shall submit a corrected copy of the cause title to the Registry within three days.

I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
