Heard Mr. I. Rafique, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A.
Chakraborty, learned Government Advocate, Assam appearing for the respondents.
This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to amend the cause title of the writ petition
on the ground that there is some typographical mistake in arraying the
respondent Nos.2 and 3 whereby incorrect serial nos. have been projected. I
have perused the statements made in the I.A.
Mr. Chakraborty submits that he would have no objection if the prayer for
amendment is allowed by this Court.
In view of the above and considering the submissions made at the Bar, the
prayer for amendment of the writ petition filed in WP(C) No.1383/2025 is hereby
allowed. The amendment be carried out in terms of the statements made in the
I.A.
The applicant/writ petitioner to file amended writ petition within two weeks from

today by serving copy upon the respondents counsel.
Let the writ petition be listed thereafter for necessary orders. I.A. stands disposed of.
