1. Heard Mr. N.J. Dutta, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. M. Deka, the learned counsel for the NCB.

2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Manak Ram and Isa Ram, in connection with Bail Application No. 2277/2025.

3. By this application, the petitioners have prayed for correcting the case number of the Trial Court case, which was wrongly typed in the impugned order as NDPS Case No. 142/2024, instead of correct case number, i.e., NDPS Case No. 142/2025.

4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and have gone through the records of Bail Application No. 2277/2025.

5. It appears that the error has been crept in the Bail Application as well as in the order dated 08.09.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 2277/2025, due to inadvertent typographical mistake. Same is required to be corrected to give effect to the Bail order.

6. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed, and it is hereby directed that wherever reference of the case No. 142/2024 has been made, in the aforesaid bail order, it shall be read as NDPS Case No. 142/2025.

7. This interlocutory application is, accordingly, allowed.
