2. Today is the 68 day of detention of the petitioner.
3. Mr. Das has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge sheet being C.S. No.55/2025 dated 22.05.2025.
4. Since, police has filed the charge sheet in this case, the present petitioner Sri Arup Barman is directed to approach the trial court seeking bail. However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate circumstances.
With the aforesaid direction, the bail application is disposed of.
