Mr. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case Police has filed charge-sheet being charge-sheet No. 420/2022 dated 26.10.2022.
I have also heard the submissions of Ms. R. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Since, police has filed charge-sheet, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial Court on 19.06.2025 for seeking regular bail.
Till that day, interim order passed earlier shall continue.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed
of.
