1. Heard Mr. S. Munir, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam as well as Mr. S.M. Abdullah P, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Rokibul Hussain @ Md. Rokibul was allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, on 16.12.2024 with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation. He also submits that in the meanwhile, the victim girl has become major and she has married to the present petitioner and presently staying as the husband and wife.

3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in the meanwhile, charge sheet has already been laid bearing C.S. No. 169/2024 dated 31.07.2024.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, the interim anticipatory bail grated to him, by order dated 16.12.2024 is hereby made absolute with conditions Nos. (ii) and (iii) attached to the said order remaining intact.
