Heard Mr. G Dasgupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K K Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

2. By this application filed under Section 482 BNSS, the petitioner, namely, Tahej Ali Shikdar, son of Tamejuddin Shikdar, resident of village-Pub Ratijadah, Police Station-Golakganj, DistrictDhubri is seeking pre-arrest bail in Agomoni Police Station Case No. 64/2024 registered under

Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 800/2024.

3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 30.09.2024 in said Agomoni Police Station Case No. 64/2024, which is in force till date.

During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Agomoni Police Station Case No. 64/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 63/2024 dated 25.09.2024.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Agomoni Police Station Case No. 64/2024 on or before 10.01.2025.

6. Till then, i.e., 10.01.2025, the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to him earlier on 30.09.2024.

7. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
