This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Siddique Ali , seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No.203/2025 registered under Sections 305(b)/336(3)/339/340(2)/3(5) of the BNS,2023 (Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 382/2025).

The learned Addl. P.P. upon perusal of the case diary submits that the pursuant to interim protection granted by this Court the petitioner had appeared before the I.O. and his statement has been recorded.

On perusal of the said statement the involvement of the present petitioner is not discernable and here does not appear to be any other material in the case diary implicating the present petitioner.

The interim pre-arrest bail dated 29.08.2025, is hereby made absolute. Accordingly, it is provided that in the event of arrest, the petitioner named above, shall be released on interim pre-arrest bail, in connection with the above noted case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the following conditions:-
