applicant. Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused applicant, namely, 1. Sahanur Sheikh @ Sahanur Ali has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Bongaigaon P.S Case No. 403/2024 registered under Section 376 IPC, R/W Section 66E/67A of the Information Technology Act.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in the instant case by way of charge-sheet No.212/2025 dated 25.09.2025.

4. In view of the submission of the charge-sheet, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he may be allowed to approach the trial court for appropriate relief with some interim protection so that he can appear before the trial court.

After considering the materials before this Court and submission made by the learned counsel for the accused applicant, this Court is of the view that the accused applicant shall appear before the learned trial court within a period of 10 days and in the event of his arrest in between 10 days of passing of this order and his appearance before the trial court, he shall be shall be released on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only with one surety of the like nature subject to the

satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaigaon.

6. Accordingly, this instant anticipatory bail petition stands
