1. Heard Mr. B. Chowdhury, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B.Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the both the petitioners, namely, 1. Saiful Hussain and 2. Sanowar Hussain were granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 01.08.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have also been recorded, however, he submits that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioners in the Case Diary and the investigation is yet to be completed.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides as well as considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court, the interim bail granted to them, by order dated 01.08.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when so required by the Investigating Officer for the sake of fair completion of the investigation.
