1. Heard Ms. S.K. Nargis, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 28.01.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation.

3. She also submits that in the meanwhile, the matter has been amicably resolved between the informant’s side and the petitioners’ side, as a cross case was filed by the petitioners against the informant.

4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no endorsement regarding the mutual understanding arrived at between the parties in the Case Diary. However, he submits that there is an indication in the Case Diary that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer, though their statements have not yet been recorded.

5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties and have gone through the Case Diary.

6. As it appears that the petitioners have appeared before the

Investigating Officer, in pursuant to the directions of this Court, and it appears that they have co-operated in the investigation, the interim granted to the petitioners, namely, 1. Ismail Ali, 2. Imran Ali and 3. Nurul Islam, by order dated 28.01.2025, by this Court is hereby made absolute with condition No. (ii) attached to the said order remaining intact.

7. This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
