It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is under interim bail and pursuant to grant of interim, she has appeared before the Investigating Officer and her statement was also recorded.

In the given facts and circumstances, despite the nature of allegations, as the case is poised for commencement of trial , I deem fit to make the interim bail absolute.

Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order, dated 20.06.2025 is hereby made absolute , subject to the following conditions-

(i) That the petitioner shall co-operate with the trial; and

¶22

(ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence.

This disposes off the anticipatory bail application.
