The petitioner by way of the present petition has assailed the order dated 16.03.2022 by which the private respondent was allowed to hold the charge of the post of Headmaster of Baralimari M.E. School.
A query was put to Ms. S.B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner that as to why the present writ petition was filed after such long delay. The present petition was filed only on 06.01.2024. Based on the said issues, Ms. S.B. Choudhury, learned counsel has referred to paragraph-4 of the writ petition wherein a vague statement has been made that disclosure of any particular as to the steps by the petitioner itself after the issuance of the order dated 16.03.2022.
At this stage, Ms. S.B. Choudhury, learned counsel prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
