Mr. A. Chamuah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions from the petitioner not to press the instant writ petition. Accordingly, he seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach again, if need be.
In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
