Challenge made in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 25.06.2024 by which the petitioner was placed under suspension. Today, the learned counsels appearing for rival parties submit that the said order of suspension has been recalled and the petitioner has been reinstated into service vide Order dated 08.11.2024.
The learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. M Bora submits that in view of the said order, the petitioner would not like to pursue the matter any further. Mr. R Dhar, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and agrees to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. The Order dated 08.11.2024 produced before this Court shall be kept on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification.
