Mr. R. Islam, learned counsel for the respondents No.7 and 8 have submitted that the cases of eligible teachers of the school in question were taken up for consideration and the District Scrutiny Committee on consideration of the matter had recommended the provincialisation of the service of the respondent No.7 and 8.
It is contended by Mr. R. Islam, learned counsel that the service of the respondent No.8 has

already been provincialised while the service of the respondent No.7 was not provincialised, for which, he had preferred an appeal and also had approached this Court. It is submitted that the appeal as filed by the respondent No.7 is presently under consideration.
In view of the said development, this writ petition stands dismissed on account of nonprosecution.
Interim order, if any, passed earlier stands vacated.
