Mr. T. SK, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has been filed for non-consideration of the representation of the Petitioner for grant of a fair price shop. He submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the fair price shop has already been awarded to some other person and in that regard, another writ petition has been filed challenging the said award. He therefore submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
