Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition in view of certain subsequent development which have arisen pursuant to filing of the writ petition. He also submitted that in the present facts, the owners of the land who are the lessors are also required to be brought on record.
