Mr. R. Ali, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that taking into account that the present writ petition is primarily a dispute between the petitioners and the private respondent, and as such, the petitioners would not like to further proceed with the instant writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners would avail other remedies including the remedy if available under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.

Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

The withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not prejudice the petitioners to avail remedies as per law.
