Heard Mr. M U Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S M T Chistie, learned Standing counsel, Secondary Education Department, Assam for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
Aggrieved with the order dated 29.01.2018 issued by the Inspector of Schools, Barpeta District Circle, Barpeta suspending the petitioner from service, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition on 18.06.2018.
It is submitted by Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has been reinstated in service.
In view of the above, the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition to which Mr. Chistie, learned Standing counsel, Secondary Education Department has no objection.
Accordingly, this writ petition, being not pressed, stands dismissed.
