Mr. Lalfakawma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of certain developments in the matter, he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition but he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner for filing afresh, if so advised. The said prayer is not objected to by Mr. B Lalramenga, learned counsel appearing for RIPANS and Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC appearing for the Union of India.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised.
