The writ petition was filed on 27.06.2024 with the grievance that full family pension was not paid.
Ms. U. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner has however informed that in the meantime, the grievance has been redressed.
Shri B. Das, learned counsel appears for the APDCL and Ms. K. Phukan, learned Standing Counsel, AGCL are also present.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, writ petition is closed on withdrawal.
