Mr. A.K. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the petitioner has been promoted and accordingly, nothing survives in the writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous. He accordingly received instructions to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid endorsement, the writ petition stands dismissed, on withdrawal.
