“2. In regards to the statement made in Paragraph No 3 to 6 of the writ petition, the deponent submits that the vehicles were hired by the respondent authority from the concerned Writ Petitioner for the interest of public service and for CI operation (Law & Order). Accordingly, the hiring charges bills received from the concerned Writ Petitioner had been duly forwarded to the Govt. in Home & Political Department vide No.KNZ-5/2018/Pt/14 Dated02/06/2022(copy enclosed) for necessary sanction and release of fund. On receipt of fund from Govt. payment will be made accordingly.”
