Mr. P.K. Roychoudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner had approached this Court, on orders that were passed by the SSRC i.e., State Security Review Committee recommending withdrawal of the PSO. The PSO was thereafter withdrawn and consequently WP(C) No.2195/2024 was filed.
Accordingly the WP(C) No. 2088/2024 has become infractuous and the same stands dismissed.
