It is submitted by Mr. S Sarma, learned Senior counsel that pursuant to this Court’s order dated 18.09.2024 passed in IA(Civil) 2612/2024, the petitioner attended the office of the Principal cum Chief Superintendent, Nagaon Medical College and Hospital and subsequently an order has been issued on 20.09.2024 by awarding the contract in question in favour of the petitioner for a period of one years from the date of execution of the contract.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survive in the present writ petition to be
