Heard Ms. J. Zongluju, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel for the Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh and Mr. Y. Riram, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appears for the respondent no.1.
Essentially, the grievance raised in the present petition is against the nonissuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for starting the Nursing and Para Medical courses in the University.
During the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent authority vide order dated 02.08.2023 has issued the No Objection Certificate by which the petitioner University has been allowed B.Sc Nursing course in the petitioner University.
In view of above, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
Needless to observed that if the petitioner is aggrieved of any conditions of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) certificate, the petitioner is at liberty to
