Heard Mr. M. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Kaushik, learned standing counsel, Education (Elementary) Department, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 6.
Mr. Dutta submits that in view of the subsequent developments taken place and the order of penalty being issued dismissing the petitioner from service, he has assailed the same by way of instituting WP(C) No.1370/2019, which is pending disposal before this Court. Accordingly, he prays that the present writ petition may be closed.
In view of the said submission of Mr. Dutta, the instant writ petition stands closed. The petitioner and the respondents are at liberty to raise all issues involved herein in the proceedings of WP(C) No.1370/2019.
