The matter pertains to a challenge to an action of the respondents in holding the respondents No. 4 to be technically eligible in terms of NIT dated 28.01.2023 for carriage of free text books for Class “Ka-Shreni” to Class XII for the academic session, 2023. Initially there was an interim order, however, this court had vacated such interim order on 16.03.2023 and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 that the work has already been executed by the respondent No. 4.
That may be the reason why the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present before the court when the matter was called.
Be that as it may, the present writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
