Heard Mr. KK Parasar, learned CGSC.
The present review petition is filed seeking review of an order dated 01.02.2024 passed by this court in WP(C) 5984/2023. Amongst others, a direction was issued for appointment of the petitioners pending verification of the credential of the petitioners in WP(C) 5984/2023. The present review was filed seeking some more time for the purpose of verification. Accordingly, this court issued notice on 05.06.2024.
Mr. Parasar, on instruction has submitted that the credential of all the petitioners have in the meantime been verified and they were found to be eligible for appointment and three of the petitioners have already been appointed and the cases of rest are being taken up for appointment and same should be issued within a short period. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Parasar submits that nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present review application.
In view of such submission, the review petition stands closed being infructuous.
A copy of the instruction as regards present status of the petitioners (withheld candidates) produced by Mr. Parasar is kept on record and marked as document ‘X’.
