Pursuant to the direction given by this Court in the order dated 28.09.2023 passed in WA 375/2023, the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has already carried out the inspection and submitted its valuation report in respect of the property in question.
In view of the above, we do not find any case for review of the order dated 28.09.2023. Hence, this review petition is dismissed.
